O.B.E.

by Out-of-body Philly…

O.B.E. by Philip Loyd“My name is John Fielder Smith.  That’s not my real name.  My real name is Go Fuck Yourself.  But for our purposes here you can just call me Johnny Boy.  I was first told the story of O.B.E. by an ex-DEA agent who went by the name of Peter North.  That’s not his real name, either.

“North told me that he was a DEA agent back in the day and as such, his life was always in peril.  The cartels were out of control and agents were vastly outnumbered.  So much so, that not one even agent had a partner anymore.  In short, there was no one there watching his back.”

O.B.E. is the latest in the Flashbytes series from worst-selling author Philip Loyd. O.B.E., or Out of Body Experience, is the latest drug craze. Considering that heroin was once manufactured by the aspirin company Bufferin, don’t be surprised when you see it on the shelves of a store near you.
