“Wayfarer does not simply publish books; they ignite cultural fires where they can. We are a movement, not just a press.” —Connor Wolfe, Founder & Publisher, Wayfarer
About Wayfarer Books
Wayfarer Books believes that poetry is the language of the Earth—a force that, like rivers through wild places, can change the shape of the world. Wayfarer publishes poets, writers, and renegades who stand outside mainstream culture: voices fierce and unyielding, whose work might withstand the scrutiny of crows and coyotes, the crepuscular and the queer-at-heart.
The press officially launched in 2011 under the name Homebound Publications, expanding in 2012 to include Wayfarer Magazine. In 2024, Homebound Publications became Wayfarer Books.
