About Flanker Press
The Flanker Press mission: to provide quality publishing to the Newfoundland and Labrador writing community and to actively promote its authors in Canada and abroad.
Founded in 1994, Flanker Press has grown from a part-time venture to a business with eight full-time employees. Flanker now averages 20 new titles per year, with a heavy emphasis on regional non-fiction and historical fiction.
Flanker Press Submissions
Flanker Press accepts unsolicited submissions. Par Avion: by postal only. Email submissions will not be considered.
Flanker Press publishes general trade books with a strong Newfoundland and Labrador focus. They concentrate on regional non-fiction and historical fiction.
Please do not send complete ms. Include synopsis and sample chapters in your first correspondence only. Also, remember to provide email address. Or SASE.
