Ad Hoc Fiction is an award-winning, independent publisher specializing in short-short fiction since 2015. Ad Hoc was a regional finalist for the Bookseller Small Press Awards, 2021.

*So here’s how it works: Ad Hoc works closely with the Bath Flash Fiction Award and produces anthologies of micro-fiction from their thrice-yearly awards; novellas-in-flash from their yearly Novella-in-Flash Award; anthologies of stories from participants at Flash Fiction Festival UK.

We would not have added Ad Hoc based on anthology inclusions alone. They also publish individual collections of flash fiction by local and international authors.
